I have found this lovely converse leather jacket, and I am doing some serious meditation about whether I should invest or not. What do you think, is the leather jacket a la Ashley Olsen going to stick or will it be over by next winter??? i really like the way it looks over a pretty dress...

Well ........ that is a tricky question. I like leather. Will you get sick of quickly and then go of it. Would you like us to put some money towards it. AThat can be our bday present to you. will you look butch with a leather jacket - a very important question. ha ha. hmmm i think you should go for it only if you are completely besotted by it and in love with it. then it will be worth it. only get it if you think you will wear it next year and the year after REGARDLESS of whether it is still 'in fashion'. And now for the real question, will i ever do some work at work instead of blog stalking.

when i was a young hipster and shopped in all the coolest places. I desired more than anything to have a leather jacket just like the one the shop assistant at "I love paris"wore often(she was very cool).....so i hunted high and low and found one at plume...which i immediately purchased for almost a months wages.I gave it away a year later cause i had only worn it 3 times.I dont know what the advice in that little snippet is but there you have it.
